Key Features
– Safety First: The spring-loaded tip retracts as it penetrates, reducing the risk to nearby tissues.
– Durable & Reliable: Made from high-quality surgical stainless steel, it’s resistant to corrosion and built to last.
– Ergonomic & User-Friendly: The comfortable handle offers a secure grip, allowing for precise control during insertion.
– Accurate Depth Control: Clear depth markings on the needle body ensure consistent and precise placement.
– Versatile Use: Suitable for both pediatric and adult patients, making it a trustworthy tool in any surgical environment.

Directions for Use
Pre-Use Inspection: Before you get started, take a moment to check the Veress Insufflation Needle. Make sure the stylet glides in and out of the needle easily with just a little pressure.
Insertion: Use the standard laparoscopic technique to insert the needle into the abdomen. As the needle goes through the abdominal wall, the spring-loaded stylet will retract. You’ll hear a satisfying “click” when the stylet is fully retracted. Once the needle tip is through the anterior abdominal wall, the stylet will move forward.
Confirmation & Insufflation: Double-check that the needle is properly placed in the abdominal cavity, then insufflate to the desired pressure, following the instructions from your insufflator’s manufacturer.
Completion: Once you’ve reached the target pressure, stop the insufflation and gently remove the needle.
Disposal: After the procedure is complete, make sure to dispose of the device in accordance with local regulations.
